Real Estate Sales Assistant / Leads Manager

About the role:

– Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
– Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and gathering the necessary information.
– Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our sales team.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Telemarketing Cold Caller or similar role.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong sales and negotiation skills.
– Familiarity with CRM software and real estate tools
– Fluent in English (Spanish speaker is a plus)

Hours:
Part time. 5 hours to start
10 am – 3 pm Eastern
3 pm – 8 pm Eastern

4$-6$ + commissions on every lead converted
