Full Job Description
A Real Estate Sales Buyer’s Agent is responsible for lead generation and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. This type of real estate agent prospects and cultivates potential buyers, determines client needs, and continuously follows up to close the deal. They also regularly conduct open houses, show homes, present purchase agreements and sell properties.

We’re looking for a motivated and excited, professional Buyer’s Agent to join our expanding network of real estate professionals to handle the excessive amount of buyer leads available to us. If you are selected then you will be responsible for converting prospective leads into clients, consulting with and guiding those clients through the entire home buying process. From scheduling home tours to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact ensuring they have a positive experience.

Compensation:
$100,000+ Commission Based

Responsibilities:
Answer your phone for incoming leads to convert leads into clients
Arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
Assist clients with the home purchase process
Inform potential home buyers about their local housing market
Gauge new clients’ interests and determine their wants and needs for a home
Continue to follow up with closed clients for future business
Identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the client after the buyer consultation
Attend buyer consultation sessions with potential buyers
Attend inspections and appraisals
Return all calls and emails in a timely manner
Follow up with clients and document all details in the CRM system
Write offers and do paperwork

Qualifications:
A functioning vehicle to take you to and from appointments.
Possess a real estate license or are in the process of obtaining one.
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car.
Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth.
Present yourself in a professional manner.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Written and Verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with the area’s real estate market conditions and current real estate trends.
