We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Lead to support our dynamic leadership team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored job descriptions and requirements.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, and job boards.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the current provider roster, addressing concerns and ensuring effective communication with our team of providers.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for diverse roles, with a strong track record in talent acquisition.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage both candidates and current providers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
