AquaMobile is North America’s largest at-home swim lesson marketplace, offering top-quality swimming lessons and lifeguarding services to both consumers and commercial clients. Our mission is straightforward: to keep people safe in and around water through fun and effective methods.
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Lead to support our dynamic leadership team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Collaborate with other department managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored job descriptions and requirements.
- Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, and job boards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the current provider roster, addressing concerns and ensuring effective communication with our team of providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for diverse roles, with a strong track record in talent acquisition.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage both candidates and current providers.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm EST
