JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Sales Activity
· Contacting and qualifying potential sales leads
· Managing leads through the sales pipeline
· Providing competent representation of the platform by answering basic platform questions such as features and benefits
· Setting appointments for Account Managers for qualified leads
II. CRM and Research
· Managing leads segments and keeping records up to date
· Learning and using CRM to maintain contacts and identify opportunities
· Assist with new lead identification and input into CRM
· Industry and role research
III. Platform Knowledge and Support
· Learning about the platform functions and benefits
· Basic platform and technical support skills to better assist the main role function
IV. Communication with teammates in US and local office
· Chat via Slack, phone, or Zoom meetings
V. Other
· General administration tasks related to reporting and data
· Basic software testing of the platform
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
1. High level of English proficiency
· Fluent in verbal and written
· Strong reading comprehension
2. Long term commitment (2+ years desired)
3. Must be able to work during US Office hours
4. Experience with a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc…)
5. Experience with phone/cold-calling preferable
6. Must have the ability to:
· Multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
· Report information accurately
· Take feedback and implement changes rapidly
· Think critically about tasks to execute independently and to recommend improvements
· Build their own tools and processes to increase efficiency
· Hold self-accountable, identify own errors, and require minimal supervision
7. Customer service experience not required but preferable
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Reliable and fast internet connection for VOIP calls and screen-sharing
2. Suitable equipment to host Zoom to make calls and have meetings
3. Environment free from distracting sounds
4. Minimal to no power outage in the area
5. Power and internet back up in case of power interruptions
TRAINING:
· Training is ongoing, constantly developing knowledge of our systems, processes, and product
· Initial training and the trial period is paid and lasts 1 month
· Training as required for new software and platforms that we introduce to our workflow
SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE (Preferred):
· Hubspot
· Other CRMs
· RingCentral/Skype/Zoom
· Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
· Microsoft Excel
· Slack
Job Type/Location: Full-time (home-based)
Work Hours and Schedule:
* 9:00AM – 6:00PM PT (1:00AM – 10:00 AM PHT)
NOTE: The work shift includes your break time. You have the option to take an hour or 30 minutes for your break.
Work Duration: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
Rate or Salary Range: (Hourly Rate) starting at USD$5.00 (will depend on experience level)
