Sales Coordinator

About The Company:
Surepaint is a residential and commercial painting contractor located in the Brisbane area. We specialise in repainting the insides and outsides of our customer’s houses and businesses.
We work in a high performing team culture and love bringing awesome people to our team!

Compensation:
$10AUD/hour
Up to $20,800 Per Year AUD after probation
$500 dollars AUD Signing bonus on completion of 3-month probation

Position Type:
Full Time position not freelance
8 am – 4pm BRISBANE Time working

Description Of Duties:
– Managing our warm leads within our CRM and undertaking calls to book prospects into our sales calendar
– Manage our proposal pipeline within our CRM and provided client updates as required
– Manage all inbound calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
– Undertake commercial outreach calls and emails to introduce our business to new customers
– Conduct other office duties & provide sales member support
– Entering and maintaining commercial within the crm
– Finding and scheduling b2b prospects for sales people to attend onsite visits

Skills & Requirements:

Solid understanding of technology and equipment
Typing speed of 45 words per minute or more
Is someone that’s general web or tech-savvy
Has experience using cloud-based CRM and digital phone systems
Experience with cloud-based emails
Extensive experience with telesales or similar role in a predominant call center environment

Organisational Skill

Has experience with scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
Has an idea of Brisbane’s geography for travel times
Has some form of administration experience with solid organisational skills of administration processes

Communication skills

At least 4 years in a previous phone-based or administrative role
The ability to talk and type at the same time whilst navigating through systems
Great phone mannerisms with the ability to establish rapport easily over the phone
Solid performer
Someone who enjoys working toward a goal
A positive attitude with a passion for success
