– Expert in VidIQ (or similar software) to help us determine high value SEO keywords, phrases, and descriptions to use on YouTube to grow more views and subscribers
– Expert in creating keywords and high value SEO to create topics for podcast episodes
– Expert knowledge of the most up-to-date SEO industry standards and best practices
– Deep knowledge of Youtube guidelines and major algorithm updates
– Strong sense of ownership, drive, and urgency
– Self-starter willing to tackle projects with excitement
– High attention to detail
– Discipline and organization to work remotely
– Responsiveness and consistent communication
