The Dedication Agency is looking for a Filipina Virtual Assistant that can handle both admin work and social media and e-commerce management! As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for creating research databases, setting up calendars, daily/weekly operational/admin-related tasks following up with clients, and taking notes during meetings. You will also be expected to assist with day-to-day marketing tasks including uploading products and product descriptions to Shopify and doing light design work.
We need someone who is eager, driven and detail-oriented, to handle administrative work. This includes research, data collection & preparation, scheduling, and email management. You’ll need to be comfortable reaching out to people in the US by phone or email, as well.
Below are some of the responsibilities a virtual assistant is expected to assume in their position:

Deck and presentation layouts

Social media management

Email Communications

Creating research reports and databases

Uploading products to Shopify

Writing Product descriptions

Setting up appointments

Basic administrative work

Light design work (Canva)
Our Virtual Assistant will be expected to be comfortable with using or learning:

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written

Has the ability to project a professional tone for over-the-phone interviews

Used to working in a fast-paced working environment
Has WFH equipment:

Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software

Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)

4GB RAM
-
Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps

Headset for video calls

Capable of building rapport, and nurturing relationships with customers
Work Hours and Schedule: EST timezone
Salary Range: $4/hour
Payment: Bi-weekly (Payoneer)
