Job Summary:
Ideally someone with a few years experience leading small teams. Experience in start up environment ideal but not necessary.
-Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into technical requirements for the development team.
-Planning and documenting technical specifications for system design, architecture, and features.
-Designing, building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
-Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
-Writing testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews.
-Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
-Recruiting, assembling and leading the development team.
-Project management
-Defining, participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
-Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
-Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
-Serving as liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
-Working with the engineering team to ensure end to end performance, stability, and reliability.
nClarity Solution Stack includes:
-Microsoft Azure-based SaaS IOT solution
-React Web and Mobile apps (Javascript (Node.JS) with TypeScript for IOS and Android
-PowerBI Analytics

-Proficiency in Agile scrum methodologies, development and leadership
-Roll up the sleeves attitude
-Highly engaged in understanding the business mission and customer requirements
-Absolute commitment to delivering on time, no matter what
-Hours must align with our business hours (west coast US)
-Experience consolidating technical stack including migration older applications to new stack
Nice to haves:
-Experience in IoT, HVAC, commercial energy consumption plus
-Experience implementing data analytics, large data sets, AI/ML
-Having worked in Start Up environments helping lead to MVP and proven market fit
Work Duration: 8am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time)
Work Hours and Schedule: Monday to Friday
Rate or Salary range: Salary range of $4200 to $5200 monthly with benefits (PTO, holidays, etc.). For candidates with more experience we can go higher but this appear to be in line with the market.
