HIRING for: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Coordinator (will support AU-based Talent Aquisition.)
Reports to: Australian Talent Acquisition Manager
To Support The Talent Acquisition Team In Attracting, Selecting, And Onboarding Top-Tier Candidates Who Align With Our Organization’s Values And Mission.
Requirements:
•Qualification in human resources, or a related discipline, is preferred and/or 2-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition hr coordinator role.
•Some understanding of human resources policies and procedures, as well as talent acquisition practices.
•Proactive and professional with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Support the AUS based Talent Acquisition (TA) team with many and varied recruitment activities, some of the activities are listed below;
- Contact candidates to schedule 10-15 minute phonescreen timeslots with the TA team, sending diary invites to both parties and follow up texts to candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a seamless process.
- Conduct initial phone screenings of applicants and provide insightful feedback to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Collaborate with team members in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for interviews.
- Assist in reviewing and screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, including sending rejection emails to those who don’t fit the criteria etc.
- Workflow management in the recruitment system – Job Adder.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist with other Talent Acquisition activities as required; administration, candidate care, reporting etc
- Pre-Employment /onboarding Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating pre-employment checks and assessments as required.
- Draft and send offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant policies.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
HR / Office Management / Learning & Development activities:
Support which includes:
- Ensuring new starters are set up with tech by liaising with Technology.
- Ordering office supplies such as furniture, groceries, and stationery.
- Assist with other Human Resources activities as required; admin, reporting etc.
- Providing L&D admin support including the administration of data in the LMS.
- General HR support.
- Admin activities as required.
- Conduct and record exit interviews with staff leaving the organisation
- Reporting as required.
