Role: Technical Support Executive

Location: Remote (AUD Timezone)

Rate: $1500 – $2000 AUD/month

Type of Work: Full-Time (40hours/week)

What We’re Looking For:

 

  1. Advanced with Go-High-Level software (Min 2yrs experience)
  2. A proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of technical systems.
  3. Prior experience in technical support or related roles.
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  5. Patience and dedication to resolving customer issues.
  6. A team player who can also excel independently.
  7. Intermediate experience with Monday.com & project management
  8. You should be familiar with how the agency model works
  9. You must have a stable internet
