Join Our Team as a Full time Virtual Assistant for Short Term Rental Property Management!

NOTE: Only apply if you have STR experience PLEASE and have experience in using Guesty or Hostaway PMS!

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays most probably but can be discussed (PST)

Compensation: $5 per hour

Weekly Hours: 40 hours

As our VA, you will be the friendly voice behind the phone, responding to inquiries, and providing top-notch guest support. In addition, you’ll assist in managing reservations, listings, and coordinate cleaning, repairs, and maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering Phones and Inquiries: This is less on phone but more on just messaging. Barely gets calls.

-Reservation and Listing Management: Keep our property calendars up to date, ensure accurate pricing, and handle smooth check-in/check-out procedures.

-Prompt and Friendly Guest Support: Provide exceptional support to guests throughout their stay, addressing any concerns and offering local recommendations.

-Managing Cleaning, Repairs, and Maintenance: Coordinate with vendors, schedule appointments, and ensure our properties are in top-notch condition.

-PMS Expertise (Hostaway, Hostfully, Guesty)

Requirements:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

-Stellar customer service skills with a warm and professional demeanor.

-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

-Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

-Proficiency in technology and online platforms.

-Prior hospitality or short-term rental experience is a plus.

-Familiarity with PMS functions (Hostaway, Escapia or Guesty) or similar property management systems is a plus.

-Minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps and backup internet source.

-Availability of backup power source to ensure uninterrupted work.
