Voice Room Operation Specialist

Job Scope:

• Acquisition and recruitment for Voice Rooms
• Training and managing Players in Voice Rooms to follow community guidelines
• Review contents and create events in Voice Rooms
• Track & Refine operations of the Hosts, data consolidation and analysis of performances in Voice Rooms
• Localisation of contents, converted from various other regions
• Other operational needs for Voice Rooms

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Aged below 35 years old
2. English and Tagalog Spoken & Written Proficiency
3. Results-oriented, capacity to work under pressure
4. Knowledge on using Excel sheet/Google sheet/Numbers, Canva, Powerpoint/Keynote/Google slides.
5. Customer service/coaching background with experience/knowledge of approaching people, managing strong relations
6. Bonus: Experience in livestreaming platforms, agencies, host & event operations, Radio and broadcast industry
7. Bonus: Have accumulations of Hosts/Agencies resources
8. Bonus: Able to play MOBA, especially Mobile Legends Bang Bang
