Good day! I am Aiko Esplana, and I am writing to you with regards to my application for your Customer Support job opening.

I have worked as a customer service representative for an international retail account. I provided technical assistance over the phone and worked with our higher department to fulfill consumer requests. I also worked as a concierge agent for an international travel account. We handle hotel and car reservations.

This experience allowed me to learn what I needed to run a small yet successful online business of my own. From these two positions, I’ve gained extensive knowledge about customer service.

I studied Bachelor of Industrial Technology with a major in Automotive Services at Cebu Technological University way back when the pandemic happened.
