I’ve handled various accounts including Sales, Tech Support, Billing and my most recent account was Healthcare.I worked for United Healthcare Insurance handled inbound and outbound calls, assited customers or healthcare providers questions about insurance coverage and benefits, checking status of their claims and prior authorizations, processing insurance payments, medication refills and assisted customers scheduling medical or dental appointments by calling their healthcare providers.

I also worked as an appointment setter for website builder company based in the US handled outbound calls/cold calling for those business owners and offer the service if they are interested in building website or updating their website, identifying the decision maker of the company and book an appointment to speak with our sales team about the service.
