About the Candidate
I have an extensive experience in the customer service industry wherein I have handled and excelled in various distinct challenges. I started working as an agent in Uber, answering emails and inquiries of both customers and drivers. This helped strengthen my abilities in terms of analytical problem solving and call handling. With these skills, I was motivated to explore a different career which landed me in the virtual assistant path.
I first applied as Medical VA and got accepted in Urology for Children. During this time, I was able to utilize my medical background and enhance my talent in terms of time management and administrative skills despite the fast paced environment. I have discovered tools that I haven’t used before, such as Doctoc, OpenPracticeSolutions and Praxis, and that expanded my knowledge. Being a medical receptionist, my main tasks were appointment setting, ensuring proper communication with the other health team members and providing customer satisfaction.
After a while, my friends introduced me to exciting world of Real Estate. I got interested with their line of work and what they do and that drove me to become a real estate VA. It challenged me greatly and kept me motivated to keep on discovering my full potential as someone who is a freelancer. I was exposed to different CRMs that was different from what I have used when I was a medical VA, such as Zoho, Zendesk and Appfolio. I was also able to learn how to manage administrative tasks such as preparing and explaining leases to the tenants and be able to be a debt collector which gave me a depth knowledge of customer experience as well.
My years of experience provided a solid foundation for contributing to my knowledge and skills to what the company needs. With these experiences combined, it provided my greatest achievement.
My background experience is extensive and includes managing operational needs while providing high-quality customer service, optimizing content and technology, and writing skills that engage the community and increase the number of clients. I work well with clients, and I relate easily to a wide range of team members. I am passionate about using my abilities to enhance the company’s efficiency and continuously improve client’s satisfaction.
