My experience in the BPO Industry broadened my skills and allowed me to build strong relationships with clients and customers. With the robust Customer Service skills I gained, I successfully became a Call Center Agent for more than 6years in Customer Support, chat support, email support technical support.. and we call ourselves a “Team of Experts”. We handle complaints and provide an end-to-end resolution as soon as possible for we value the time of our customers. we processed their phone orders, explained the details of their bill, processed bill payments, did basic troubleshooting with their phone and the network signal, and handled a high volume of daily calls. This role helped me develop my customer service skills and became more comfortable in a team-oriented environment.
