About the Candidate

I worked in BPO for more than 6 years and I handled an international voice account as Customer Service and Sales Representative. What I did was assist customers with their bills and manage their accounts if they wanted to make any changes. Sales are also part of our metrics and need to make sure to offer a sale in every call that we receive. During the pandemic, I decided to work from home and leave the BPO industry. I got several clients already however it is only a temporary job.
