About the Candidate
In my previous roles as a customer service representative and eCommerce virtual assistant, I gained experience in managing paperwork and ensuring accurate documentation. I handled various administrative tasks that involved organizing and maintaining records, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries. I understand the importance of attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with paperwork, whether it’s maintaining records, processing invoices, or ensuring compliance with organizational procedures. As a customer service representative for 2 yrs and 5 months it was a voice call where it was an inbound call I am from escalations handling customers concern whether its thru account management, fraud detention, sales for subcription and fraud detention. On sales for subscription we are upselling our subscriptions to thhe customers whether they will be availabing the subcription or not. The name of the company is Doordash. Its an international account next account was om Upwork where we are doing outbound calls to the clients and negotiating for the prices on our site. Its an international account also and the name of the account is AVAS flowers. I like the negotiation with clients because It makes me fulfil once I get the sales. Its a feeling of accomplishment and learning since I am doing my best to do the price with clients.
