My name is Clinton Hernia, and I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you today. I am 30 years old, a resident of Baguio City, Philippines, and a proud Igorot.
For the past year, I’ve been working in the dynamic and fast-paced world of the BPO industry as an email and chat support representative handling 2 concurrencies at a time. Although my tenure may be relatively short, 1 year and 5 months, I’ve received intensive training and have developed a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
I truly believe in the power of delivering outstanding support to customers. It’s all about building genuine connections, understanding their needs, and going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.
Apart from my passion for customer service, I’ve also honed my skills in utilizing various tools to enhance productivity. I’m proficient in Excel, and I have a good command of various MS Word applications, enabling me to effectively handle data analysis and document management. I am also familiar with Shopify and Etsy.
But beyond my skills and experience, what sets me apart is my ability to create a friendly and professional atmosphere. I believe that every interaction, whether in person or virtually, should leave a positive and lasting impression.
