I’m Desiree Princess Malamnao, but you can call me Iree. I’m a 22-year-old Virtual Assistant with a strong passion for helping businesses stay organized, efficient, and ahead of the curve. Despite my age, I bring over four years of hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting executives, entrepreneurs, and small teams.
My journey started early—drawing from both my academic background and professional roles. As an undergraduate of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, I developed strong critical thinking, research, and communication skills. I’ve always been an achiever in school, balancing academic success with real-world work experience, which shaped me into the highly capable VA I am today.
I’m known for being positive, reliable, and an excellent communicator. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am confident in managing tasks like:

Education
I took the course Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, where I developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, research, communication, and analysis. During my college years, I was also actively involved in the Debate and Speech Club, proudly representing my school in various competitions.
Through these experiences, I honed essential skills such as public speaking, persuasive writing, strategic planning, and the ability to process and present information clearly—all of which are valuable in the field of virtual assistance. Whether it’s handling professional correspondence, preparing reports, or managing client communications, my academic background has prepared me to perform with clarity, confidence, and precision.
Although I have not yet completed my degree, my time in university and extracurricular involvement have equipped me with real-world skills that I continue to apply in my work as a dedicated Virtual Assistant.
graduated from Senior High School at the University of the Cordilleras, under the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand. During my time there, I proudly served as the Student Council President, where I led initiatives, managed events, and represented the student body.
Being in a leadership position taught me valuable skills in time management, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination—all of which play a huge role in my work as a Virtual Assistant today. My HUMSS background also sharpened my abilities in critical thinking, research, and interpersonal communication, making me highly effective in handling tasks like client relations, correspondence, and administrative support.
This strong foundation in both academics and leadership has shaped me into a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented professional—ready to bring value to any team or business I support.
Experience
At BKota Homes and Investments, I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a growing real estate company, where I managed a wide range of tasks including contract management, lead generation, website updates, and CRM data organization.
I also called potential customers, nurturing leads and setting appointments to support the sales team. By using various digital tools and platforms, I helped streamline operations, maintain accurate client records, and ensure a smooth workflow.
My proactive communication, attention to detail, and dedication to providing top-quality service contributed significantly to the company’s growth and daily efficiency.
At Kstreet, I worked as an all-around service crew, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily operations, while also managing their social media accounts to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
At Winluck Travel & Tours, I worked as a Social Media Manager and Marketing Officer, where I developed and executed marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. I managed social media platforms, created content, monitored campaigns, and interacted with customers to boost online presence and drive business growth.
