About the Candidate

I’m Eliezar Anthony Maaghop, most people call me Elton. I’m an Executive Assistant with over two and a half years of direct C level support experience and more than six years in operations leadership from the call center industry.

I’ve supported executives in real estate, construction, and board level environments where priorities shift quickly and details matter. My core strength is structure. I manage complex calendars across time zones, run inbox triage, track action items inside Asana, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. I don’t just schedule meetings or respond to emails. I look at workload balance, deadlines, and downstream impact before making decisions.

What makes me different is that I think operationally. In a previous role with Helio Solar, I identified delays in the project pipeline and traced them back to the drafting process. I helped restructure the workflow, trained sales on Aurora for faster initial drawings, and reduced turnaround time significantly. I also automated parts of the final design handoff to minimize vendor delays. I focus on solving root causes, not just managing tasks.

I’m reliable with US time zones, comfortable working graveyard shifts, and experienced in handling confidential information. I build systems, create SOPs, and keep documentation clean and audit ready. Leaders trust me because I anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and follow through.
