My extensive experience revolves around
marketing, sales, customer service, and
collections. I am practiced in customer service
fit strategies for companies that need to
improve their Operational, Marketing, and Sales
Results. My coaching involves Up-selling,
Objection handling, the Right Amount of
Assertiveness, and Great Customer Service all
at the same time. I’ve been in the call center
industry for 7 years now. And I was able to
work with different accounts including SPRINT
in one of the largest call centers. Since I have
