I am an experienced BPO professional with almost eight years of expertise in sales, leadership, and technical support. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong understanding of the BPO industry, primarily focusing on driving sales, managing teams, and providing technical support to overseas clients. I have consistently delivered excellent performance by handling inbound and outbound calls, building customer relationships, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
I have been trained in the use of various sales CRM systems, allowing me to efficiently manage and track customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up tasks. This experience has strengthened my ability to perform in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks, and meet challenging sales targets. Additionally, my role as a Team Leader enabled me to effectively manage and motivate teams, foster a collaborative work culture, and ensure that all goals and quality standards were met. My leadership experience has enhanced my communication and problem-solving skills, allowing me to mentor junior agents and improve team performance.
