Graphic Designer – Create poster layout, creating 2D blueprint design for the newly open branches.
Encoder – Create inventory report to update the company’s sales and quota.
Computer Technician – Maintains software & hardware components of the company.

I build websites for real estate professionals, I do follow the clients particular color pallet or taste we base it on their location the type of houses they sell or rent. I also decide what component to use and the flow of the site that suits the best for our client we use a WordPress like platform, JSON, CSS, and HTML. I also use Photoshop, HandBreak, and Filmora9 for light image and video editing.

Graphics Design (Photoshop, Filmora 10)
– Create or improve logos, images, and videos depending on the client’s needs.

Web Development (WordPress, CSS, HTML, WIX, JSON)
– Create, Troubleshoot, Redesign, and Improve depending on what the clients’ want.

I do build websites using the WordPress platform we use Gutenberg or Elementor as our page builder for our local clients. Since we are an SEO company I also do keep track of the website’s speed, responsiveness, and also the site’s compatibility with other browsers. I also do web maintenance for some of our local clients I check plugins, themes, and WordPress updates and also check their page speed and sometimes implement some changes to their website twice a month.

I do handle kroma’s CMS sites Wonder PH, Complex PH, and FreebieMNL. I also continuously upload posts, covers and more. We do site creations for our clients and this is still ongoing.
