About the Candidate

My name is Fury. I have a total of 6 months of experience working as a virtual assistant and 2 years of experience working as a contact center agent. My job was to provide my client with a satisfactory number of sales and provide my customers with one hundred percent satisfaction. I have mastered the skills of taking inbound and outbound calls as well as well as sending emails.  I also have several years of experience in retail stores as a sales associate. I believe that my communication skills, positive approach, and politeness in handling even adverse situations will be a pro in this job. I am a quick learner willing to get exposed to new challenges.
