About the Candidate

I am experienced in assisting customers with what help they need and based on my experiences, it can be technical, tracking shipments, about their bills, processing refunds and replacements through calls, chats and emails.

I’ve been in the BPO Industry for a while now and I can say that I learned a lot. I’m a great team player and when it comes to work, I really work hard for it. I know I don’t have the most extensive work history, especially as a Virtual Assistant, but whatever the job position may be, I will always apply my creativity, enthusiasm and dedication to my work.
