About the Candidate

I am Gaylord Carpio. I am a former virtual assistant and a call center agent for almost 4 years. As a call center agent, I do answer calls from customers whether it is inbound or outbound calls. I handled 2 accounts which are AMAZON and HEALTHCARE accounts. On the other hand, as a VA, I performed a tasks which are to process online orders, generate labels and book for deliveries. Also, I do answer customer queries via email and chats. I am knowledgeable with computer based system and software tools. I am a 4 year graduate of Information Technology course under the Major of Programming.
