my first experience as a Virtual Assistant
was in Limelight Media based in San Diego California
That company is a sales company and it’s about coaching entrepreneurs to grow their businesses
My duties & responsibilities here are
Provides administrative assistance to the sales director and division 6 supervisor
* I updates the SALES REPORT and provide administrative support on the back end
I do site management and I also handle the sales reps and ensuring their productivity and monitoring their attendances
I also monitor the pipelines of the crm for the appointment setters
and making sure the leads are getting handled.
Then after a year they put me on the executive position and was hired directly to DLR Fitness which is a partner company of limelight media
DLR Fitness is based on Phoenix Arizona
– My duties & responsibilities here are similar to limelight media
* account management
* payroll management
* onboarding manager
I also provide a high level of administrative support for the company I’m the one who processes the payments and the refunds and I also handle the chargebacks of the company
My day-to-day task is managing the CEO’s schedule and providing excellent customer service and accountability for the clients of company.
