About the Candidate

I am Glendeliene Lorzano-Librea, 29 years old from Batangas, Philippines.

I graduated in De La Salle Lipa with the Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While studying, I worked as a student assistant in Scholarship Office as DTR encoder and assists scholarship applicants face to face and over the phone as well.

I worked in a multi-national company for almost 6 years as Unit Leader in General Services Administration handling Expatriate Management and Travel Booking Management. My role is to provide quality service to my customers in terms of professional administrative, technical and creative assistance to clients. With this experience, I’ve developed good communication skills and good command in English language both verbally and written.

I am an appointment setter for Expatriates legal requirements like visa, work permits, business travel and other legal processing for the inbound and outbound of foreign nationals. I commonly deal with the different nationalities like Japanese, Thai and Indian.

I am also experienced for travel and hotel booking reservations which includes flight selection, flight confirmation, plane ticket issuance, travel insurance and hotel selection depends on the area of destination. (estimated 100 tickets per month)

I am experienced to administrative works like filing information, answering and directing phone calls, writing and answering emails and scheduling appointments.

I am a highly driven leader. Fast leaner and eager to learn new things. I am goal oriented that takes initiative, detail oriented, responsible, passionate, optimistic and assertive.

I am a computer literate person and know how to use different kind of social media like Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and many others. I can also work in a shifting schedule.
