Previously employed in a role in Dubai involving administrative and coordination tasks where I reviewed influencer profiles based on engagement, audience and content fit. Coordinated deliverables with team members and updated talent profiles on the dashboard. However, the position was concluded in March due to company-wide cost reduction and restructuring. As a fresh graduate, I am highly adaptable and eager to grow in fast-paced work environments, though I understand that some roles may prioritize long-term or existing team members during restructuring. I am now actively seeking new opportunities where I can further develop my skills and contribute to virtual assistant roles.
Completed this role as part of a college internship program in the aviation and customer service field whereas I provided real-time flight information, recapped passenger tickets, delivered boarding gate announcements, and assisted with their ticket related needs, direction, and general support.
