I am a registered Nurse and I possess more than seven years of experience in the customer service industry. I also have more than 6 months of work experience as a Virtual Assistant.

My past experience has been in customer service and administrative fields, but I am confident that my skills are easily transferable to any role I am given. I’m well-versed in major communication platforms such as Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and more. Whether it’s setting up appointments or managing support tickets, I have proven myself time and time again as a reliable virtual assistant in various roles. In addition to this, I’m conscientious and detail-oriented – ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
