Later, he worked as a Customer Service Representative for AT&T via VXI Global, handling high-volume inbound calls related to billing, sales, and technical support for mobility and TV services. He then advanced to an AI Telephony Specialist role at Core Business Solutions, where he integrated advanced technologies such as NLP, speech-to-text, and ChatGPT-4 into telephony platforms to optimize user interactions. Most recently, at Gabtech Global LLC, he served as a telemarketer, managing appointments and qualifying leads for educational programs. Alongside these roles, Ivan has also worked as a freelance WordPress web developer, creating and optimizing websites using Elementor and WooCommerce.
