About the Candidate

Greetings! I am Kezhia and I am interested in applying for applying for this open position. I have experience working in the Real estate industry as an Operations Team Leader and real estate cold calling and appointment  setter position with a package skillets on.
1. Social Media Management
– Scheduling posts and Creating Creative Captions and hashtags as an inbound marketing to attract audiences engagement to our business.
– I am familiarized with different varieties of social media platforms
– I also have experience in online ads or advertising to increase the opportunities such as views, insights and to increase buyer/customer chance of purchasing to our business.
– I use strategies in terms of doing my SMM tasks and works.

2. Content Creation – I have advanced skills “All in one”
– Graphic design (Creating templates, landing pages, brochures, infographics, logo designs, flyers and more!)
–  Video Editing for reels and shorts videos (Basic to advanced editing)
– Music production, besides being work or occupation, I like spending my time playing music. I create original beats that can be used as “Non copyright” audio background for our videos.

3. I am a basic to advanced app developer (No code) and website developer via Wix and Wordpress and also UI and UX design skills ” I am able to come up with a good idea of how to run a business online shop with a good amount of creativity.

4. Digital marketing – I have a basic to advanced critical thinking or strategic mindset when it comes to marketing products via social media platforms. I am efficient in these social media platforms (Facebook, linkedin,Instagram, youtube and youtube studio,Tiktok, Nextdoor, Pinterest) can easily adapt to more platforms
