Hi, I’m Joanne from the Philippines. I bring over 3 years of combined experience as a Virtual Assistant in the short-term rental industry, where I’ve developed a strong understanding of property management operations, guest services, and listing optimization.

For two years, I served as a Guest Support VA for a short-term rental company based in Aruba, managing over 300 properties ranging from studio units to condos and luxury villas. In this role, I was responsible for answering guest inquiries, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, coordinating with the maintenance and housekeeping teams, and sending quotes to potential guests. This fast-paced environment taught me how to multitask efficiently, communicate clearly, and ensure guests received a seamless experience from booking to departure.

More recently, I worked as a Listing Coordinator VA for a New Zealand-based company managing 200 properties. My responsibilities included assisting with the onboarding of new properties, creating and optimizing listings, publishing them across various platforms, and adjusting pricing through Wheelhouse. This role enhanced my attention to detail and allowed me to deepen my expertise in short-term rental platforms and pricing strategies.

I am highly proficient with tools such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, Breezeway, Guesty, 365 Villas, Notion, and Slack. I take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
