About the Candidate
I am a degree holder of Bachelor in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management at the University of Mindanao. I worked in a BPO industry since 2015. I am a Customer Care Representative for 3 years and my most recent job is as an Advisor 2 Customer Service mainly a content moderator at Concentrix CVG Philippines from June 2021 to Aug 2024. As a content moderator, I was able to received 5 certificate of appreciation for having an exemplary performance. I also received a Rockstar Award for my 2023 Quarter 3 performance and because of that I got a promotion as an Advisor 2, Customer Service. I also had a training experience for a virtual marketing assistance at Outsourced Doers from November 4, 2024 – November 14, 2024.
I am a great fit for this opportunity because I believe that I can be a good asset to your company. I already have an in depth knowledge on what the work will be. I am a person who is very eager to learn, easily to be trained with, I am an initiative person, very passionate at work and can easily adapt to changes.
