My responsibilities are categorized into four parts; promoting risk management, advising which products fit their situation, processing claims and updating clients. I help individuals and businesses choose coverage that fits their needs and budget. These range from travel, home, vehicle, or financial insurance to multi-million bonds for construction companies. I help clients understand insurance policies and provide advice on risk management and how to protect against risk. Hopefully, we’ll be helping them fill out their application forms. In the unfortunate event an accident happens, I assist clients through the claims process, managing claims and any associated paperwork and procedures.
