About the Candidate

I am a dynamic, self discipline, flexible and hardworking type of a person, I have my first experience as a call center representative thru Alorica for 2 consecutives years. There they help me to build my communications skills, leadership as I become a SME or couch for a couple of months as I achieved to become one of the top agent in the account. And then after having those experience it also build my confidence on how to talk and how to handle different situation to a different scenario. Alorica also teach me how to be a good customer service. Then for the third year I decided to explore to a new and other opportunity so I decided to left Alorica and go to United Healthcare thru Optum, and luckily because of the year of experience United Healthcare accepted me and successfully landed a job as a resolution specialist, Optum Help me to learn new things such as how to properly qoute benefits, creating authorization, and referral from primary care to specialist provider. Optum also teach me how to empathize so given said to all of my experience as a call center agent for roughly 7 years adding as a Virtual assistant for 6 months thru Achilles Foot and ankle Center as a scheduler, I an confident that I can be a big help to your company, this is my dream job to be part of VA’s so not only ,my passion and dedication I offer but also my love for this type of job, thank you.
