My name is Karen and I’m from the Philippines.

I have 4+ years of experience working in customer service and sales roles. I have a talent for quickly mastering technology, and have a deep understanding of modern sales techniques. My experience has given me the ability to cultivate relationships with customers and foster positive working relationships with colleagues.

In addition to that, I have also experienced as a telemarketer for credit cards and as an appointment setter for B2B and B2C campaigns, where I have worked in a variety of environments where I effectively handled customer inquiries, scheduled appointments, and nurtured client relationships.

I am highly organized and have strong communication skills. I am comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and am able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. I have experience using a wide range of tools such as CRM software, sales databases, and customer service platforms.
