I am familiar with title laws and recording practices in all U.S. states. My work has consistently contributed to smooth closings and minimized post-closing issues by ensuring clean and accurate title documentation.

I am highly proficient in major title and property research tools, including DataTree, DataTrace, and Netronline, which I use to efficiently verify ownership history, locate encumbrances, and identify potential title defects. My attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of searches under tight deadlines have been key to my success.
