I have been working remotely for many years and because of it I had lots of projects that I finished. And also I am versatile in working remotely. I am very knowledgeable in creating website like wix, weebly and wordpress. And for that, I am aware in SEO, searching keywords so my site that I made will be the first listing on google. I am very articulate when it comes to graphic designing, making logos, and illustrator. I made different designs for drop shipping companies. Being in this field of work, I had been into different projects, like being a real state cold caller and CRM duties. I called homeowners and ask them if they want to sell there homes, I have different types of cold calling softwares. such as odoo or dialpad. I am also using Zestimate Zillow to estimate the home.

I worked as a property managing assistant. I helped property managers to manage there properties, posting it through guesty, expedia, monday.com, VRBO, Airbnb and booking.com I changed properties to open and close books.

I also study on remotask how to do labelling. In case there is a client who wants me label there products. I also knew how to do accounting, like computing a payroll or quickbooks.
