Hi, I am interested in this job posting. I have an experience as a customer service representative for which I gained during my tenure under telecommunications company based in US and New Zealand. I mostly handled inbound calls or chat support, building good rapport, providing resolutions for client concerns, transferring calls/chats to the appropriate person if needed, and ensuring client satisfaction on every interaction.
