About the Candidate
I have worked in the BPO industry for almost 9 years supporting a Customer Service campaign that mainly focuses on providing good customer experience through email, phone, and chat support. I worked as an Operations Manager and Client Services Manager before I started my journey in the Virtual Assistance industry I started as an Executive Assistant for a client who owned a recruitment firm for a year and ventured into Social Media Management where I was able to acquire a lot of great skills such as Digital marketing, email management, video editing, creating of social media posts on different platforms.
