About the Candidate

I am a dedicated hospitality and customer service professional with over four years of experience spanning sales, customer support, and team leadership. I currently serve as a Team Leader at Astoria Vacation & Leisure Club, Inc., where I have advanced through roles as a Senior Sales/Customer Service Officer and Officer Level since 2022. My background includes hands-on training in Food & Beverage and Front Office operations through a 600-hour practicum at the Astoria Culinary and Hospitality Institute, alongside valuable customer service experience at Shakey’s Paseo De Sta. Rosa, Conduit Global supporting Verizon telecommunications, and TELUS International assisting UBER drivers.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with Honorable Mention (2022) and an Associate in Hotel and Restaurant Management (2015) from Saint Michael’s College of Laguna. A consistent Dean’s Lister, I actively led student initiatives throughout my college years, serving as Chairperson of the SMCL College Student Council and President of the Association of Hotel and Restaurant Management Students for two consecutive terms. I was also honored to represent my region as the Regional Student Ambassador for CALABARZON through the Junior Tourism and Hospitality Management Association of the Philippines, receiving the Chairman’s Outstanding Leadership Award.

To continually refine my skills, I have completed certifications in Professional Etiquette and Time & Stress Management through Saylor Academy, while participating in various industry workshops and competitive events. My achievements include winning 3rd place in an Extemporaneous Speaking Contest at the 59th National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute and a Silver Award at the 2nd National Tourism and Hospitality Students’ Skills Olympics. Grounded in strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills, I remain committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in every role I undertake.
