I have several years of experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant supporting U.S.-based property management teams with daily operations, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination. My role focuses on helping property managers streamline operations by ensuring that maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and tenant concerns are handled quickly and efficiently.
I regularly coordinate maintenance requests from tenants, create and manage work orders, schedule vendors and contractors, and follow up to ensure repairs are completed on time. I also communicate directly with tenants and service providers through phone, email, and messaging platforms to keep everyone informed and ensure a smooth resolution of maintenance issues.
