Hi there!

I am from Davao City, Philippines and I would love to become a Virtual Assistant.

I would describe myself as somebody who’s very positive and I’ve always been the kind of person who loves helping others.

Additionally, I also have previous experience working in customer service and I think this would be a great advantage in this position.

I’ve worked as a Technical Support Representative at Teleperformance Davao in 2021 for almost a year, wherein I helped customers provide long term resolution for their internet issues, requests, and queries. I loved helping our customers, especially when they get satisfied with the products and services that we offer to them. Giving them the proper assistance and quick resolution is our main goal, and making sure that they always get the best of our support.

Additionally, I’ve also worked as an Email and Chat Support at Awesome OS for 7 months. This job was really great and helped me to improve my skills. In my experience of working in this company, I consistently became one of the Top Agents for 5 consecutive months for having an excellent customer-rating satisfaction and quality performance.
