Hey, I’m Paul!

I work as a Social Media Manager, Web Content Manager, and Virtual Assistant.

In 2023, I started my Virtual Assistant journey Assisting Zach Fremen (a Construction company owner) in managing his website, managing Social Media Accounts, Creating Click Funnel pages, and his Administrative Tasks.

Today 2024, I’ve worked full-time as a Virtual Assistant to help more small and medium business owners accomplish their tasks smoothly so they can work on what matters most.

Let’s back up a bit – flashback to 2021.

As a 9-5 corporate junkie, I was so tired of doing something every day that doesn’t inspire me. I was good about my work as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years for a BPO Company but I hated it.

I work hard but no matter what I do, I really cannot do it anymore.

So I just quit.

But before I quit, I started doing some Pinterest work and assisting Zach in keeping in touch with his customers.

Here are some of the tasks I did for him..

– Managing his website (Uploading articles, Creating images).
– Creating Social Media Images (Infographics, DIY Ideas).
– Managing Email Campaigns (Mailchimp, Convertkit).
– Manage Pinterest Accounts (Tailwind).
– Build Engagement and Trust via Social media platforms.
– Improve customer relations through Customer Support, Appointment setting, etc.
– Build click funnel sites for their promotions and discounts.
– Edit Videos, creating thumbnails, inserting captions, and write descriptions.
– Gather data for Efficient Business Strategy and Decision Making.
