About the Candidate

I have worked for several companies in different field from manufacturing, customer service, sales and construction. In the pursuit of higher opportunities, I also venture to the middle east working for oil and gas construction. My extensive work experiences will be a great factor and valuable contribution for the continued success of the company.

I also worked for a BPO Company for almost 2 years as a Customer Service Representative, who handles billing, program changes, package upgrade/modification, technical support, and program subscription for our clients. I am receiving an average of 100 calls a day and under stringent quality control and are being graded on a daily basis. I am trained to handle and resolve customer issues as swiftly as possible and very comfortable conversing with the clients. I am very flexible and can work in multi-tasks, depending on the requirements of the clients.  I work  efficiently with very good attention to details.
