Well, I’ve been an author for 3 years.I’m writing a Wattpad novel, which is teenage fiction, and after that I became a sales lady for Billy products for 1 year.

I applied for customer service, and I was a multi-skilled CSR at my previous company. After a month, I’ve been promoted to QA, or ad hoc quality assurance.

I do email, chat, call, out bound call, monitoring, customer monitoring, service and also hard selling.
