About the Candidate

Hi, my name is Roxxane. I’m a graduate of Business Administration Major in Management. I have more than 2 years of experience working in a corporate BPO environment here in the Philippines servicing US Clients. I started working at Telus International as customer service for a financial account. In my experience with Telus I learned to improved my communication skills and build a customer relationship. I also learned to respond to the customer’s inquiries quickly and effectively so I can provide them with a positive customer experience.

Then I went to IFive global as customer service for Healthcare account. In IFive we do outbound calls to contact medical facilities to retrieve patients medical records and/or billing records for patient’s insurance application and for legal purposes.  During my stay with IFive I was also able to achieve the “employee of the month” for 6 consecutive months and I would love to share what my skills and experiences are, as well as with the future team that I’ll be working with. So hopefully I can contribute it to your company because I’m sure I’ll learn more a lot from you and I’m very much willing and excited to be working with your team soon. Thank you!
