About the Candidate

I used to work as a customer service representative which trained me to be keen to detail in order for us to help our customers thoroughly and in a timely manner, which I was able to improve further through the help of my most recent experience as a document controller. Dealing with many customers every day also helped me to train myself to maintain composure at all times and handle difficult situations properly or professionally. And working in the BPO industry shaped me to become responsible in handling things as well as improved my interpersonal skills by being exposed to different types of people. In addition, I am currently working as a project-based General Virtual Assistant where I help my clients with social media management. I am the one who creates the necessary images as well as the content for their social media which helps them in promoting their business. I also do email marketing at times using Klaviyo and mail chimp.
